Terms of Use

1. Service and agreement

Namo Manse supports traditional Four Pillars calculation and study, and professional client and consultation record management. Free provides calculations without sign-in and stores three recent charts on the device. Pro provides cloud client management through a signed-in account with a valid subscription.

Review and agree to these terms before using the service. Obtain parental or guardian consent if you lack legal capacity to purchase or such consent is required.

2. Nature of calculation results

Charts and interpretive information are references for traditional metaphysics and study. They do not guarantee future events or particular outcomes and do not replace professional medical, legal or investment advice.

Results depend on birth time, place, calendar, time zone and calculation method. Check approximate-location indicators and calculation details. Corrections and engine updates may change recalculated results.

3. Accounts and client information

Use an email account and sign-in method you are authorized to use, protect credentials, and do not misuse another person’s account or payment information.

Before entering, storing or exporting client information, professionals must obtain consent or another lawful basis and meet their duties concerning consultations and data sharing. We are not a party to consultation agreements between users and clients.

4. Pro subscriptions and payment

Pro is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, currency, taxes, billing periods and benefits are those displayed at store checkout.

Subscriptions renew and are charged under the store’s conditions until canceled. Purchase and restoration require sign-in and store verification. Restore using the store account used to purchase and the associated Namo Manse account.

5. Cancellation, refunds and expiry

On iPhone, use Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also use the app’s subscription management button. Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by your store to avoid the next charge.

Uninstalling, signing out or deleting your Namo Manse account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. The store shows the remaining access period, generally through the end of the paid period. Refunds and withdrawal follow the purchasing store’s procedures and applicable law, without limiting statutory consumer rights.

After expiry, existing cloud records remain readable and fully exportable while the account remains available. Pro writes, including new saves and edits, are restricted. Account deletion is separate; export any needed records beforehand.

6. Prohibited conduct and restrictions

Do not register or disclose personal information without authorization, store unlawful material, hack or disrupt the service, bypass authentication or payment, make excessive automated requests that interfere with operation, or infringe others’ rights.

For confirmed violations, we may impose necessary restrictions and explain their reasons and scope. Urgent security measures may precede notice. You may challenge a restriction by contacting us.

7. Records and intellectual property

Software, design and company-authored content belong to us or their lawful owners. You may use the service as allowed by these terms; unauthorized copying and redistribution are prohibited except as permitted by law.

Rights in client information and consultation records you enter do not transfer to us. We process them only as necessary to provide the service and for purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Lawfully generated charts may be used for your own study and consultation work.

8. Service changes and interruptions

Maintenance, outages, security issues or store/network conditions may change or interrupt the service. Planned material changes will be announced in advance; emergencies may be explained afterward.

If a paid service ends or is materially reduced, we will provide necessary notice and an opportunity to export records. Remaining paid periods will be handled under applicable law and store procedures.

9. Responsibility

You are responsible for checking inputs and calculation settings and managing exports and sharing. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for events beyond our control, interruptions attributable to the user, or decisions made based on reference material.

This does not exclude liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy and external services

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Fated is a separate company-operated service; opening its link does not automatically transfer Namo Manse client or consultation records. External services have their own terms.

11. Changes and disputes

These terms were prepared as of September 22, 2026. Changes and application dates will be announced on the website or in the app. Material adverse changes require adequate advance notice and legally required consent. If you disagree, you may cancel renewal, export records and delete your account.

The law of the Republic of Korea applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact us first to discuss a dispute; court jurisdiction follows applicable law. Invalidity of one provision does not affect the others.
